Entries, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Only in the following cases it will be refundable.
(1) Accidental payments
(2) Access payments
(3) In case of a cancellation of the event
Note: Refund requests must be made before the start of the event. A refund will be issued after deducting the 2% (Bank charges) of the amount paid and will be transferred within 2 weeks after the request has been made and approved.
